Postage

Goods for delivery within the U.K. are despatched to you usually within 72 hours of your order being placed.

If you provide us with an incorrect address we reserve the right to charge for any extra carriage costs incurred.

All export orders are at customers risk once they leave The Lavender Fields premesis. If you wish we will seek insurance for all the goods in your name at your expense. Any delays caused by customs and other regulatory bodies are outside our control and our responsibility.

UK postage
All postage throughout the UK is charged according to parcel weight.

European postage
All postage throughout Europe (not including the United Kingdom) is subject to an additional cost over and above the UK postage. European customers making an enquiry will be contacted by Lavender Fields prior to purchase/delivery.

Rest of the World postage
All postage throughout the rest of the World (excluding Europe) is subject to an additional cost over and above the UK postage. Customers making an enquiry will be contacted by Lavender Fields prior to purchase/delivery.

Wholesale customers

For Wholesale customers delivery is based on basket price:

Delivery will be £10.00 including VAT ( for all orders under £250.00 (Mainland)

£20.00 including VAT for customers (off shore) on any order.

For any customer who’s address is outside of the UK mainland they will be contacted via email to confirm delivery cost in this instance we do not submit their basket to paypal. Lavender Fields  will contact them first by email. This includes the above UK remote location postcodes (they will be treated as offshore):

Shipping

We ship worldwide! For overseas package weight over 1Kg, we will contact you to confirm the shipping cost.

We would advise that Dried Lavender SEED should not be sent outside the EEC due to import /export restrictions.

Security

On our order processing pages you will notice a small padlock in the bottom right hand corner of your browser, this indicates that these pages that deal with your personal and credit card data are stored on a Secure Server. SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) is used to protect transmissions of data on these pages.

Your credit card details are not stored on-line once you order has been processed.

We take all reasonable precautions to keep the details of your order and payment secure but unless we are negligent, we cannot be held liable for any losses caused as a result of unauthorised access to information provided by you.

Pricing and Availability

VAT is included in all retail customer prices shown on this site.

VAT is excluded from the wholesale product pricing. VAT is shown in the basket.

Goods advertised on this site are subject to change in price and availability without notice. In the interests of good customer service such changes are unlikely.

Returns

Due to the personal nature of our goods returns or exchanges for any reason cannot be facilitated.

If you consider our goods and services to be defective or sub-standard please contact customer services on 00 44 (0) 1420 511146. This does not affect your statutory rights.

General

Your order is not accepted until you have received a confirmation email from Lavender Fields.

Your credit card will not be debited until we post your order.

We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and any disputes will be decided by the courts of England and Wales.
